Purpose

The purpose of the accelerator programme is to get your business leaner, smarter and more effective. For 6 months we will target the key areas of your business, such as:-

• Developing a vision & focus
• Identifying and tackling the barriers to growth
• Leadership and management
• Strategic sales plan
• Activity and work rate
• Delivering the objectives

Ethos

Working together over 6 months in a partnership of mutual respect with drive, commitment and enthusiasm to meet the objectives, helping to manage and direct your business with a combination of:-

• Coaching
• Mentoring
• Training
• Decision making, and
• Hands on practical intervention

Qualification

This programme is exclusively offered to a limited number of business owners who I feel I can work with to help them and their businesses move forward. The journey begins …
with a weekend away at a luxurious destination in order to relax, and discuss strategy and vision for your business before the hard work begins. Meeting for lunch at our destination on the Friday (date to be confirmed) and departing Sunday afternoon.
