Solving the problems

In order to fix something you need to understand what’s broken and why.

I do not believe that finding the answer means carrying out some pre-determined and pre-prescribed method of analysing the situation. For me, it’s important to get a feel of what the business and the people in it are about and to use my instinct to understand the issues and the solutions.
